To be fair, the lights themselves looked nice and I didn’t have an issue with the product overall. The frustrating part was trying to return one of them. It took a few emails before I got clear information, and I felt like I had to keep following up to move things along.
They did sort it out in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just think for the price, it’s fair to expect the return process to be a bit quicker and easier. Not a terrible experience, but definitely more hassle than I expected.

"Easy to order, no hassle"
I ordered two lights for my mum, and the whole process was really straightforward. Checkout was quick, no faff at all, and the confirmation emails came through almost straight away.

"Really nice lights"
I ordered two pendant lights and I have to say, I’m really happy with them. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, and I did wonder if they might feel a bit cheap, but they’re actually solid and quite heavy in a good way. They look really nice once they’re up too. Overall, I’m glad I went for them

Ordered from Industville and, the delivery was way quicker than I expected. Got proper updates, the parcel showed up in good time, and there was no messing about like you get with some useless clowns. All went smoothly, so yeah, I’d order again just based on how fast it turned up.

"Customer service got there eventually"
Customer service was helpful in the end, but it took way longer than it should have. At first it felt like nobody had actually read my message, since the replies didn’t really address what I was asking. Once they finally understood the issue, they were okay and did help, but the whole process was a bit frustrating.

"Really nice industrial-style lights"
I’m really pleased with these lights. The design has that industrial look without feeling too flashy, which is pretty much what we were after. They seem to fit our kitchen really well and add a nice bit of character to the space
